Magenta Theater Company trusts your judgment in choosing which shows are appropriate for yourself and your children. For this reason, we do not rate shows. Instead, we encourage you to read the show's synopsis in order to make an informed decision based on plot content. If you have any concerns about content, please feel free to contact our Artistic Director before attending.
Pricing is for MAIN-STAGE productions. Pricing for Special Events such as MIT, Concerts, Dinner Theater etc will be different. Usually there are no discounts on Special Events. Please see website for specific details on individual events.
Please make sure you pick up your ticket on time at the box office on the day of the performance. Bring your confirmation email with you! Unclaimed tickets will not be resold in case of late arrivals. However, late arrivals will be seated in the lobby until intermission. Unclaimed Goldstar patrons’ tickets WILL be resold if unclaimed by 5 minutes prior to curtain. Turned in tickets may be resold to patrons on a waiting list, with no refund to the original purchaser. There are no refunds.
Please be certain your reservations are accurate before committing your credit card.
If you need to change your reservation, a $5 handling fee ($2 per person for GROUPS) will be assessed per order.
Parking is available on-street only. Plan ahead as it can be busy!
Magenta Theater is a family-friendly company and encourages the participation and attendance of our younger fans and supporters at its shows. Well-behaved children aged 7 and over are welcome. However, in order to respect the experience of all audience members, we ask that you not bring children under 7 years to our shows. Audience members with small children should be prepared to step outside if the younger ones become disruptive. Thank you for understanding and for being respectful of all audience members.
If a performance is canceled due to weather then we will try to accommodate with another performance date of that production and if that is not possible then a gift certificate for a future production will be issued. No cash refunds unless we cancel a performance due to non-weather reasons.
